Tickle Therapy is themeable (you can change the colors).
Tickle Therapy is FREE/Open Source Software, released under

Tickle Therapy was written on and developed primarily for Linux, but it
should
work in BSD, Mac OS, and Windows operating systems just as well.
You can alter the colors of every part of Tickle Therapy, too. Blue is just the default color.
